Natural Weight Loss

The weight loss industry is a multi-billion dollar industry which makes its money by offering dieters like us countless products which claim to help us lose weight - sorry I mean "guarantee" we'll lose weight! There's everything from diet pills and diet patches, to weight loss lollipops - yes they exist! But the question remains, "what is the key to healthy weight loss?" ... or better yet, "what is the key to permanent and healthy weight loss?"

Personally I believe the only true way to permanent and healthy weight loss is quite simply a lifestyle change! Okay I admit, easier said than done. But let's face the facts, if you're overweight then obviously they way you've been living until now isn't working - it's making you fat!

What worked for me was this, I adopted a healthy diet plan and made a concerted effort to exercise regularly. This wasn't easy! I'm especially a fan of fast food, and after a week or so of eating healthy I was at my wits end. But you know what? I persevered! Now I enjoy eating the way I do (healthy that is) and the exercise routine I adopted is nothing more than enjoying an evening walk and the odd hike on the weekends - I've never felt better!
